Today I'm celebrating 8 years of marriage to this guy.
I love him more today than I could have ever imagined possible and feel so amazingly blessed that we have each other to walk hand in hand with for the rest of our lives. His love & adoration for me shines through day after day with all that he does and I hope that my love for him is as ever apparent in his life.
He is not only an amazing partner but a incredible father to our children and this is what makes my heart burst the most.
I'm so proud of the team that we've become over the years, the life that we've built and the one that our dreams are continually shaping. I look back on all that we've experienced and everything we've been through in the past 8 years, good times and bad, and it is so apparent that God has truly had his hand in our lives.
I love the fact that our anniversary is on New Years Eve (not only because it's a date that's much impossible to forget ;) ) but also because it's so symbolic of us closing one chapter of our marriage novel and looking forward to the next- with fireworks, sparklers, banging of pots and pans, champagne and all the other hoopla that ringing in the New Year entails! :)
So here's to the closing of 2010 and everything that 2011 brings, I am oh so very excited for all that is to come.
