So after all the excitement of finding out I was dilated after my appointment last week and then-POOF, nothing all week- I went to my 39wk appointment yesterday afternoon hoping and praying I had at least made some progress and TA-DA!
Apparently I'm now 4cm and 85% effaced, the baby has dropped significantly and things are "very favorable"- my doctor thinks exciting things are going to happen this weekend and boy oh boy, (girl oh girl?) I hope she's right!
My boys went up to my mom's house tonight armed with their overnight bags and enough clothes to get them through the weekend and here I sit on my yoga ball bouncing away and planning to walk, walk, walk to try and get these Braxton Hicks contractions to turn into something a little more convincing.

Holycrap. It's surreal to me that you are about to HAVE A BABY. I wish you lived only a few minutes away so I could be sure be there. I'm so excited to hear about these next few days!!!!!!!!!!!!!
